In 2018, we partnered with the British Film Institute (BFI) to modernise the organisation by streamlining and redesigning their website. We ran a series of technology discovery alphas focused on transformative digital content experiences to determine staff and user needs. BFI’s audience of film viewers, filmmakers, film learners and teachers require a world-class service that inspires and enables people to do more with film and TV, which is what we delivered through our partnership with BFI.
