We worked with North East Lincolnshire Council and Clinical Commissioning Group between 2016 and 2020. We co-designed our first-ever Digital Maturity assessment together and went on to support the set up of their Digital team, conduct a review of Adult Services, and design a Future Operating Model for the Union to exemplify 21st-century health and care integration.
