HM Land Registry (HMLR) has the ambition to become the world’s leading land registry for speed, simplicity and an open approach to data. We’re proud to announce that HMLR has appointed FutureGov as their User-centred Design & Research Capability Partner to support them on this journey and help deliver a new generation of services that put users at the heart of land and property registration.
Over the next two years, we’ll work in partnership with HMLR to build on their existing work whilst supporting an ambitious change programme by embedding user-centred design knowledge and capability across within the organisation.
At the heart of this work is bringing user-centred design to the next level in the organisation, further developing specialisms within design and research and supporting career pathways and development and training opportunities for staff and partners. As well as building capability within HMLR, we’ll support the organisation to continue building strong future capability, positioning HMLR as an exemplar employer for designers and researchers.
Our partnership with HMLR means continuing to build on our experience embedding design approaches as part of organisational transformation in UK government. As the User-centred Design & Research Capability Partner, we’ll support HMLR to become a 21st-century organisation with a strong design mindset and a focus on putting people and their needs at the heart of land and property registration.
